That was an awesome article. It's cool to see that there are companies out there that still follow the "customer first" policy. My first job was at a Kohl's department store, so right off the bat I had that policy drilled into my skull. The article showed how many types of companies can meet their customer expectations too. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend!

Successful companies all know that it is ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER...That is the total focus of marketing today!
