i think this is a great thing. you can make yourself sound really good on paper, in fact, someone else can make you sound really good on paper (since there are so many services out there that help you write a resume) however, when you can actually see your potential employee and get a feel for their personality you can get an idea right away if they will fit into your business or not.
I agree Melissa. It's a great way to weed out employees who may look good on paper, but really don't have the personality or the attitude you're looking for.
When I read the title of the blog, the first thing I thought of was discrimination possibilities, next I thought COOL, I should do this!! I think it is a neat idea, where personalities can shine through, yet at the same time it could be an open window for law suits!

I'm just a little worried out the discrimination thing..does anyone have similar concerns?
