This is a link to some scary statistics I read. They are about the love hate relationship between war in Irag and small business. Although this seems to be a postive aspect, I have to ask: Can there actually be a "positive" to this war?

Interesting facts. Being blunt, war has many effects, one of which is an increased demand for services. These types of services can be provided by small businesses. So yes, war does benefit small businesses.

Historically, war has acted as a stimulus on our economy. Look at how our economy improved during WW 2. The current conflict does not seem to packing the same punch economically. Is that as a result of the current inflationary pressures and the subprime meltdown?
Any thoughts?
