Businesses in Second Life...

Do you think small business might benefit by going into this virtual world??

I think this is a good place to have a presence for your business depending on what it is. I think your product or service would need to be something in second life or at least national and better if it was global. If you are a water ice shop in Quakertown, second life may not have much impact on your business.

I agree, I think it would depend on the type of business. I don't think older customers would be interested.

I am with you, Debbie. Definately a great way to market to Gen Y'ers.

Wow. That was my first introduction to second life. I had no idea it was that extensive. I agree with rcubbage, debbie and kim though. For a small business that's not looking to reach such a large market, Second Life may be a waste. For larger companies though....
