great story. many people on the east coast don't understand what a big business AG is in the U.S. and in PA. AG is still PA's largest business. i think the meat to cost ratio is very interesting and may have some impact on smaller farms. That's pretty ingenious. The greater amount of beef, easier handling, lower feed costs...it all adds. up.
