Boy would I love to work for a company like in the article. I would love to volunteer more but there is just not enough time. If I owned my own business I would run it the same way. In my job search I have been looking for companies that put out extra effort to help others.

I think that the employees probably really enjoy working for a company like that and it probably takes away stress. I would love to know that I would be able to attend class and work and they wouldn't interfere with each other!

great idea. id be happier and more inclined to do my work if i had a schedule that i liked. as long as theres no read deadlines its true, as long as the work gets done.
i agree with this idea. i think it is good for employees to have more flexible time besides work. Because besides work, we have school, appointment, etc. If we have more time to get these done, we will feel more comfortable at work.
